Vision Magazine subscriptions are billed in advance and provide access to physical magazine deliveries over a fixed period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been processed.
However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Failure to deliver the product due to our fault
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not guarantee a refund for the current billing period.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience issues receiving your magazine, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including reshipping when appropriate.
